RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. 

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels, branding and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale. 

All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery. 

Please allow 5 workings days from when you are notified of your refund until the money appears in your account. 

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please follow the steps below. 
  1. Make sure the goods are unworn and in their original condition. 
  2. Return the parcel to our address below. We recommend using a trackable service with Royal Mail for UK returns. 
    When returning any items to us please write your order number and refund/exchange details on a piece of paper and include it in the package. 

    NON-UK RETURNS PROCEDURE

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for non-uk returns; you are welcome to return items for a refund  but if you would like a different size for example you would need to place a separate order due to the shipping costs.
